The pivot defines the arc. The arc defines the effort, the travel, and the hold. Most clamps treat the pivot as something that merely has to turn, so the rider is left with a choice: easy to flip but loose, or tight but hard to flip.

ARCLOCK makes the arc itself the design target. The JuinTECH proprietary pivot geometry runs the lever along a calculated curve: friction stays low through the stroke, and the force is released at the end of the stroke where it locks. Half the hand force. None of the hold given up.

Use it on the Birdy stem hinge or on the seatpost; the swap from the stock clamp is straightforward. Frequent folding and seat-height changes stop being a chore.

CNC-machined from 6061 aluminium with a durable surface treatment, so the action stays smooth and the hold stays firm over years of use.
