The headset is the neck joint of the bicycle: it carries your weight and every steering input. The JuinTECH headset runs sealed cartridge bearings that keep dust and water out and keep the steering light and smooth in rough conditions, season after season.
The cups are CNC-machined for rigidity and cut to Birdy-specific dimensions, so the fit is exact, nothing needs modifying, and the fold works exactly as before. Replacing a worn stock headset removes the notchy feel at the bars and steadies the bike in corners. Headset fitting needs a press and the right tools; we recommend a professional shop.

Every PRECISO part is anodised under strict colour control, so the front suspension, rear suspension, kickstand, hinge lever, stem cap, headset and clamps on your Birdy all land on the same shade. No mismatched parts, no compromise. Five colours: Black, Silver, Red, Gold, Grey.
CNC-machined from 6061 aluminium, 100% designed and made in Taiwan. JuinTECH is an OE parts supplier to Pacific Cycles; PRECISO parts fit every Birdy produced from July 2015 onward.
