A Birdy is built to fly: fast, agile, threading through the city. But every flight ends. The moment you step off and fold it, does your Birdy land with elegance, or with a rattle?

Most easy wheels were never taken seriously. A stamped bracket, two wheels that will do, done. We think the transition from riding to folding should feel like a pilot lowering the landing gear. No wobble, no noise, only certainty.

So we did not make an easy wheel. We made a Precision Landing Gear.

Most brackets are assembled from several parts, and every joint is a place where tolerance stacks up. Over time that becomes play and noise.

This main body is machined from a single block of aluminium. No rivets, no welds, no hidden seams. Under load, the force travels through one continuous piece of metal, not through a chain of joints.

The Birdy version adds a large extended support structure. It is not a tube. The whole piece goes through many CNC operations, and that one component accounts for a large share of the build time. It is the reason this set can carry the whole bike and land in the same place every time.

What really decides the feel is not the bracket itself. It is the interface where it meets the frame.

We redesigned that connection and engineered the play out of it. Once fitted, it does not feel bolted on. It feels like part of the frame. No rattle, no side to side movement.

It is not hanging off your bike. It is part of the load-bearing structure.

Look at the wheels. This is not a flat disc of metal. Each wheel is cut with 3D multi-axis machining: a deep dish, sharp spoke edges, the lines of a supercar rim scaled down to this size.

The machining time is far beyond a simple turned part, for one reason. When the bike is folded, these wheels are the only thing still moving. They deserve to be seen.
